Designed from the building, not the floor plan
Wireless is the system people judge a building by, because it is the one they use constantly and notice immediately when it is poor. It is also the one most often installed by spacing access points evenly and hoping.
We survey first. Corridors, stairwells, parking levels, amenity floors and the dead spots between them all behave differently, and the survey is what tells us where the access points go and how many are needed. After installation we validate the coverage on site rather than assuming the design held.

The places coverage is usually worst are the places it matters most
Stairwells, lift lobbies, loading areas and parking levels are where staff need to reach somebody and where coverage is normally thinnest. Those areas get surveyed the same as occupied floors.
Full strength inside every suite
Walls, appliances and layout change what arrives inside a suite, so our surveys go through doors rather than stopping at them. Residents get the signal they are paying for in the room they actually use.
Coverage is not the same as capacity
A lobby with a full signal still fails when three hundred people arrive at once. Access point count and the channel plan are sized against the busiest hour of the week, not against an empty floor on a survey day.
Designed by survey, proven by validation
Professional wireless is a measurement discipline. We survey before design, model coverage against the building's actual construction, then validate with a second survey after installation so dead zones are found by us and not by your staff.
Capacity matters as much as coverage: a lobby full of phones behaves nothing like an empty floor plan. Access point placement and channel plans are engineered for the density each area actually sees.

How many WiFi access points does my building need?

Why is my business WiFi slow in some rooms?
Usually access points hung at even spacing without a survey, or one network carrying guests, staff and devices with no separation. Both are design problems and both are fixable.
Can WiFi cover parking garages and stairwells?
Yes, and it should, because those are exactly the places staff need to reach somebody. Coverage there is designed and tested the same as occupied floors.
Does a call drop when I walk between floors?
Not on a properly configured network. Roaming is set so a call or video session survives moving between access points, and we test that by walking the building.
