Voice quality is decided by the network long before it is decided by the phones. Since we install the cabling and the switching, the voice traffic is prioritized and segmented as part of the same project rather than being somebody else's problem.

A call to emergency services has to say where it came from, and in a large building the street address is not enough. Location is configured per extension so a call reports the floor and area it was made from.
