This policy explains what personal information NetraClos Inc. collects through this website and in the course of doing business, how it is used, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect what you send: your name, your email address, your phone number and whatever you tell us about your project. We do not require anything beyond what is needed to answer you.
This site collects basic analytics about how pages are used. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, to carry out work you engage us for, and to keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver a project you have asked us to deliver, or where the law requires it.
Systems we install
Some systems we install, such as cameras and access control, record personal information on behalf of our clients. That data belongs to the building owner or operator, who is responsible for it. We do not retain access to client systems after handover unless a support agreement says otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
