Working here
NetraClos is a project business. The work is on site, in hotels, offices, high rise residential buildings and small businesses across Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA, and it is finished when it works rather than when the hours run out. Crews start from our Mississauga office and spend most of the day in the field. If you take the view that a job is done when somebody else can maintain it, you will fit here.
The kinds of roles we hire
- Field technicians for access control, cameras, intercom and door automation
- Structured cabling installers, copper and fibre, including communications room builds
- Network and wireless installers who can rack, terminate and commission
- Meeting room and audio visual installers for displays, cameras, microphones and room controllers
- Voice and VOIP commissioning
- Project coordination and site supervision
We do not publish a list of open positions. When we are hiring, it is usually for one of the roles above, and we read every application we receive whether or not a role is open that week.
What we look for
Hands on experience in buildings matters more to us than a formatted resume. Tell us which sites you have worked on and what you did there: the doors you commissioned, the racks you built, the rooms you tuned. Comfort working around other trades on live sites, care with documentation and a habit of testing your own work are the traits that show up in the people who do well here.
How to apply
Send what you have worked on and what you are good at to info@netraclos.com, or use the contact page. A short list of buildings and what you did in them tells us more than anything else.
Tell us about the building
Send us the site and what you are trying to solve. We will tell you what it realistically takes.
