What a partner means here
Our partners are the manufacturers whose cameras, locks, door operators, switches, access points, displays and room systems we design with, install and support. We are not tied to any one of them. What a hotel needs from a guest room lock is not what a residential tower needs from a suite lock, and being locked into a single supplier tends to produce the same answer regardless of the question. So we specify equipment on the merits of the job.
What that means when you buy from us
Three things, in practice.
First, sourcing that suits the building. We choose the equipment for the site, the traffic, the retention policy and the people who will administer it, and we tell you why we chose it. If a less expensive option would do the job, we say so.
Second, warranty and support handled through us. Manufacturer warranties still apply, but you do not have to work out which one covers what. When something fails, you call NetraClos and we handle the diagnosis, the return and the replacement.
Third, one point of contact. Cameras, doors, cabling and rooms are often four vendors on paper. On our projects they are one contract, one schedule and one team accountable for the result, including the parts we did not manufacture.

How we choose
We favour equipment that the building’s own staff can administer, that has replacement paths which do not force a wholesale change later, and that we have already commissioned in similar buildings. Where a manufacturer changes course, we say so before it affects your project. Ask us on the contact page if you want to know what we would specify for a particular site and why.
Tell us about the building
Send us the site and what you are trying to solve. We will tell you what it realistically takes.
