Digital signage displays in a retail concourse
TV Equipment and Installation

Guest room displays that just work on arrival

The television is the first thing many guests touch after the lock. It needs to come on, be on the right channel and be mounted so it does not move.

TV equipment and installation covers guest room televisions and displays: mounting, signal distribution, channel setup and welcome screens, installed and tested room by room. NetraClos supplies and installs commercial TV and display systems for hotels, multi residential buildings and offices across Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA.

Repetition done consistently, room after room

Guest room displays are a volume job. The same install repeated hundreds of times, and the value is entirely in doing it identically every time: same height, same mount, same cable route, same channel lineup.

We handle the signal distribution behind it as part of the same project as the cabling, so the outlet in the room is a tested port rather than an assumption.

What the work covers

  • Display mounting at a consistent height and position in every room
  • Signal distribution designed and installed through the building
  • Channel lineup and welcome screen configured once and rolled out
  • Cabling and outlets tested as part of the structured cabling package
  • Public area and amenity displays set up alongside guest rooms
  • Room by room sign off so no display is missed at handover

Installed while the room is still empty

Mounting goes in before furniture and dressing, so the work is done cleanly and the room is finished once rather than opened back up later.

Mounted so it does not move

A guest room display gets knocked, cleaned around and occasionally pulled at. The bracket goes into structure rather than board, and the cabling behind it is concealed instead of tucked out of sight.

Property television, engineered as a system

Guest room TV is a distribution system, not a stack of televisions: headend, signal paths and outlets engineered together so every room behaves identically and channel changes happen once, centrally.

Displays are mounted to a property wide standard, height, tilt, cable concealment, because guests notice the one room that is different.

Common questions

How are hotel guest room TVs installed?

The same mounting, height and cable route repeated identically in every room, with signal distribution designed for the whole property, so room one hundred behaves exactly like room one.

What is hotel TV signal distribution?

The headend and cabling that carry channels and welcome screens to every display. We design it with the structured cabling so the outlet behind every TV is a tested port.

Can digital signage and lobby displays run on the same system?

Yes, public area displays ride the same distribution, so lobby, dining and amenity screens are designed once for the building.

When should TVs be installed during a renovation?

Before furniture and dressing, so mounting is done cleanly and each room is finished once instead of opened back up.

Do you handle TV installation for hotels in the GTA?

Yes, guest room and public area displays for hotels across Mississauga, Toronto and the wider GTA, room by room with sign off.

How We Deliver

One team from design through commissioning

We cover the full project rather than turning up to install somebody else's design. That is what makes the result somebody's responsibility.

1

Design

We walk the building, work out what it needs to do and produce a design you can actually price against.

2

Procurement

We source the equipment and stand behind what we specify, so there is one party accountable for it.

3

Installation

Our own crews on site for cabling, mounting, terminations and containment.

4

Commissioning

Everything configured, tested and handed over with the records, credentials and documentation.

Tell us about the building

Send us the site and what you are trying to solve. We will tell you what it realistically takes.
